Task 4 – set small goals

You know what you want but it still feels out of reach, yes? Set yourself some tiny goals to achieve your main aim. Make the tasks so small that you can achieve one right now. For instance, it’s no good to have a target of doing some exercise today if you’re still in your pyjamas; the first goal will be to put on your PE kit. Make your goals as small and as achievable as possible.
