Task 1 – know what you want

What is it that you’d like to be different? What is it that you want? How would you describe it to someone else? Write it down; draw it; imagine it. Be as detailed as you can and think carefully about how you will feel when that change has happened. What will you be doing differently? Why might you be talking about? What thoughts will occupy you? Ignore your ‘yeah but’ voice and GO FOR IT!
