Moving more, with precision and control, is my personal training ethos. Yes, moving more can help you lose weight, tone up and look great, but I'm far more interested in helping you to have a sustainably fitter and happier outlook. I want to live to be at least 100 and still be able to tie my own shoelaces - what do you really want from a fitness regime?!
